Modernization of 3 buildings with access / compliance and electrical upgrades

to accommodate new spatial organization and bring structures up to code. Installation of new automatic fire alarm system throughout the entire campus. ADA restroom upgrades, new rooftop HVAC system, roofing, new cabinetry. Construction of “Wonder of Readings” library center to include stage, seating platforms, shelving and storage.

Belvedere Middle School

Complete auditorium renovation including new fixed audience seating, new stage lighting and rigging system, removal and replacement of existing ceiling light fixtures (30 ft height) and new wheel chair lift at stage. Full electrical upgrade (including new switch gear & transformer, battery back-up), theatrical lighting and sound control system. Bathroom upgrades for ADA compliance.

Constructed “Wonder of Reading” library with new cabinetry, lighting,

stage, platform seating, flooring, shelving and storage.

Sutter Middle School

Built ADA compliant outdoor amphitheater with new irrigation, landscaping,

and seven new 30 ft outdoor light fixtures.

North Hollywood High School

Installed new football stadium bleachers and upgraded/spatially reconfigured restrooms for ADA compliance.

Kenmore Apartments

Reconstructed the foundation and reinforced the structural integrity of a 48 unit apartment building.

Bob Hope Airport

Designed and installed the new front tower, ceramic tile, and outdoor welcome signs. Remodeled all restrooms for ADA compliance.  Obtained federal security clearance.

City of South Pasadena

Remodeled South Pasadena City hall to meet ADA compliance by updating restrooms, cabinetry, lighting, flooring, and painting.

Highway Patrol Facility

Renovated the facility with new framing, ceramic tile, and restroom upgrades for ADA compliance.
